Major Objectives
1. Deliver Consistent Safety and Service Excellence Across All Flights**
Within the first 30–60 days, demonstrate full operational knowledge and compliance with all in-flight safety procedures, service protocols, and emergency response standards. Maintain 100% adherence to CAA/FAA guidelines while actively using AI-enabled pre-flight briefings and service analytics to improve performance.
2. Achieve Passenger Satisfaction Metrics of 90%+ on Assigned Routes**
Within 90 days, consistently contribute to high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and passenger satisfaction ratings by anticipating customer needs, resolving in-flight concerns, and tailoring service through AI-assisted passenger preference data. Track improvement using onboard digital reporting tools.
3. Lead or Support Onboard Issue Resolution with Confidence and Empathy**
Within the first 6 months, independently manage or support critical in-flight situations (e.g., medical incidents, unruly behavior, severe delays) following airline policy while showing sound judgment and teamwork. Leverage AI-assisted incident logging tools to identify patterns and suggest preventive actions.
Culture and Situation Fit
This is a high-pace, customer-centric role where adaptability and emotional resilience are essential. Teamwork is central — especially under pressure, irregular schedules, and changing routes. Our airline culture prizes safety, empathy, and continuous improvement. Crew members must be comfortable with coaching, evolving AI tools, and working across diverse teams in global contexts.
