Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure client requirements are reflected in the solution.
Develop proposals, including pricing and solution outlines, based on customer requirements.
Support the customer onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of solutions.
Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, addressing any concerns or technical questions.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience in a client-facing solutions or consulting role within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of software solutions, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
