NABLA Mobility Inc. is a startup driving operational optimization in the aviation company through the development and provision of strategic network solutions powered by AI and machine learning (ML).
Despite advances in technology, decision-making in the aviation sector still heavily relies on manual processes and expert judgment. As a result, issues such as turbulence, traffic congestion, and delays continue to impact flight safety, operational efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
We address these uncertainties by conducting advanced analyses of real-time and historical flight operation data.
Our flight optimization software, "Weave", functions as a decision-support tool that quantitatively evaluates trade-offs and proposes optimal solutions for strategic flight changes. It enables airlines to reduce fuel consumption while enhancing safety.
In addition, our software "OBST" semi-automates obstacle data processing. Based on NOTAMs and AIP information around airports, OBST quickly and easily evaluates the impact of obstacles and automates the takeoff performance calculation process. It is designed to accommodate the specific operational conditions of each airline.
We also offer a flight disruption forecasting solution, which detects potential operational irregularities in advance and supports timely, effective responses.

本ポジションはCOO候補としてセールスや管理部門と連携しながら事業拡大に直接関わるポジションです。将来的にCOOとして既存事業の拡大や新規事業の開発にも携わっていただきます。

To grow our flagship product "Weave" that targeted at pilots, we are seeking a highly capable individual to take on the role of COO candidate. This person will be responsible for driving strategic planning, KPI management, and overall business growth.
Mission
This role involves working closely with our sales and administrative teams to directly support the company’s expansion. As a COO candidate, you will be expected to lead not only the scaling of existing businesses but also the development of new ventures in the future.
Key Responsibilities
/Formulation and execution of company-wide and individual business strategies
/Management of key business metrics including KPIs and financial indicators
/Oversee corporate and business planning functions, and lead execution across departments
/Design and implement operational processes to enhance business efficiency
/Drive strategic planning and sales planning for the growth of existing businesses

Requirements
・COOとしての業務経験
・英語力：ビジネス英語以上
・日本語が母語でない方は、日本語N2以上
/Experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role
/Business-level English proficiency
/For non-native Japanese speakers, Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above
