Perform experimental work in synthesizing and characterizing NdFeB sintered magnets for R&D projects.
Perform product test, validation and analysis services for sintered magnet mass production.
Ability to travel occasionally to our manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia.
Record and document all experimental formulations, procedures, and test results for preparing research reports, patent applications, customer supports, or other activities required by the company.
Demonstrate competence in the use of all relevant test, analytical and processing equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace.
Conduct other work as required in Materials and Magnetics Laboratories.
