Responsibilities
- Produce and update the product roadmap based on business needs and market feedback.
- Translate the business vision into tasks for development.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Manage the execution backlog of the development team according to Agile methodologies.
- Learn about the market and customers' needs.
- Serve as a liaison between business, development and design.
- Make alignment and negotiation with your customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
MUST:
- Product Management Experience
- Demonstrate the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams/organizations to achieve a common goal/vision
- Not afraid to get technical and truly collaborate with engineering team members
- Exceptional sense of organization and project management / very detail oriented
- Experience managing/conducting User tests or User interviews
- Experience working as part of an agile team
PREFERRED:
- Scrum / Agile certification
- Experience Shipping products from 0 to 1
- Coding skills
- Design skills
