Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and marine vessel applications
Design and implement electrical solutions according to local and international safety standards
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective repair solutions
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical workers

Electrical engineering degree or equivalent technical certification
Valid electrical license or certification recognized in European markets
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical work
Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial electrical systems
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to travel within Europe for project assignments

Experience with marine vessel electrical systems and maritime regulations
Additional certifications in specialized electrical areas (industrial automation, renewable energy, etc.)
Multilingual capabilities for European market operations
Project management experience or certification
Experience with modern electrical design software and diagnostic tools
Knowledge of emerging technologies in electrical systems and smart building solutions
