## Responsibilities

**Mission of the Role:**

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

1) 量産前/量産後の製品品質活動

2) 新製品・新工程の品質管理の具現化

3) 顧客対応（承認取得・監査）

**Key Objectives of this Role:**

1) 量産前/量産後の品質育成活動

・重要管理特性の設定と品質管理方法の確立

・品質育成に関わる活動のリード

・FMEA（故障モード影響分析）を活用したリスク評価と、Control Planの策定・実施

・初期流動管理計画立案と実施、フォロー

・品質問題をタイムリーに把握し、原因究明と対策実施をリードする

2) 新規立上げの顧客対応及び、品質改善に関する顧客対応

・APQP、PPAP、変更申請など顧客要求ドキュメントの提出と承認取得

・定期/不定期の顧客打合せ実施

3) 顧客品質問題の対策/改善策のリード

・不具合発生時の暫定対応

・不具合原因の究明（5why, FTA、QCツール等）

・恒久対策の妥当性確認、効果検証

4)チームマネジメントおよび組織運営

・QAチームの業務割り当て、進捗管理、リソース調整の実施

・チームメンバーの育成、パフォーマンス評価、定期的なフィードバックの提供

・部門間の連携促進やコミュニケーションの強化を通じた全体最適の推進

・品質向上活動に関する戦略的な計画策定とその実行管理

## Requirements

**Required**

  * 自動車業界での工場品質管理部門での経験
  * IATF/ISO9001の知識



**Preferred**

  * 自動車関連企業での新製品立上げ経験
  * IATF16949内部監査資格
  * サプライヤー品質改善活動の経験
  * 海外勤務経験"

## Working hours

8:30 - 17:15

## Bonus system

Bi Annually, June and December fixed bonus of 3 months base / Annual Performance bonus in March
