## Responsibilities

**Mission of the Role:**

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

1) 工程設計/工法開発/生産装置の導入

2) 量産工程の立上げ

3) 立上げ後の生産性向上"

**Key Objectives of this Role:**

1) 工程設計/工法開発/生産装置の導入

・設計部門からのインプットをベースに工程/工法の検討

・P-FMEA, Control Planの作成

・生産装置の構想立案、仕様書作成

・国内外の設備メーカーとの交渉、発注、納期管理

2) 量産工程の立上げ

・新規設備の設置、調整（設備メーカーをリード）

・新規設備による生産トライ

・Control Planに基づいたWork Instruction(作業指示書)の作成、製造部門への設備操作、及びメンテナンス方法のトレーニング実施

3) 立上げ後の生産性向上

・量産品質課題の分析、原因究明

・生産効率のモニター、分析

・国内外の設備メーカー、製造部門を巻き込んだ改善活動実施

**Key Performance Indicators:**

  * OEE(overall equipment effectiveness)/設備稼働率

  * サイクルタイム/タクトタイム

  * Scrap率"




**Key Deliverables:**

  * 生産設備

  * PMFEA／Control Plan／Work Instruction

## Requirements

**Required**

  * 製造メーカーでの生産ライン立上げ、もしくは設備メーカーでの設備導入経験

  * ビジネス初級レベル〜ビジネス実務レベルの英語力




**Preferred**

  * 自動車関連企業での設備立上げ経験

  * 自動化ラインの工程開発/設計/導入経験

  * 製品検査装置、測定機を用いた工程の立上げ及び、改善経験

  * PLC制御装置の知識/経験

  * 電子部品工場での検査工程経験

  * 基板実装(PWB)ラインの管理、改善経験

## Bonus system

Bi Annually, June and December fixed bonus of 3 months base / Annual Performance bonus in March
