## Responsibilities

**Mission of the Role:**

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

1) 部品の調達

2) Supplierとの納期調整

3) 在庫管理

4) 新製品への部品調達準備"

**Key Objectives of this Role:**

1)部品の調達

  * MRP（当社はQAD)システムを利用した発注業務


  * システムパラメーターを適宜実態に合わせ変更



2)Supplierとの納期調整

  * 顧客要求をはじめとした変動要因に対応するためSupplierとの納期調整を行い工程への影響を与えないようにする
  * 顧客への影響が生じるリスクが確認された場合は顧客と協業し解決にあたる



3)在庫管理

  * キャッシュフローを意識して在庫の最適化を図る
  * サプライヤーの生産能力不足時の対策交渉する



4)新製品への部品調達準備

  * サプライヤーの生産能力調査、把握する

  * 在庫金額
  * 在庫回転月数
  * Marerial cost ％ sales



**Key Year One Deliverables:**

  * Monthly report

**Required**

  * 生産管理部門での経験
  * データ分析力
  * チームを引いた経験
  * リーダーシップ
  * ビジネス実務レベルの英語



**Preferred**

  * 海外サプライヤーとの協業経験
  * 海外勤務経験

## Bonus system

Bi Annually, June and December fixed bonus of 3 months base / Annual Performance bonus in March
