## Responsibilities

**Mission of the Role:**

At the Hiroshima factory, which manufactures automotive electronic parts (center displays, speedometers, etc.)

1) Progress management of factory preparation status

2) Manufacturing cost estimation work

**Key Objectives of this Role:**

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

新製品/プロジェクト:

1) 工場内準備状況の進捗管理

2) 製造コストの見積り作業"

1) 工場内準備状況の進捗管理

  * プログラムマネージャー及び、設計などの社内外部組織、海外拠点と協業し、プロジェクト計画を策定する

  * 計画の実現可能性を判断すると共に、必要なリソースをコーディネート、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行う

  * プロジェクトチーム間で進捗情報を共有する

  * 計画実行のための予算承認取得及び、実績を管理する




2) 製造コストの見積り作業

  * 新商品生産に対し、必要な工場内投資試算

  * 想定する工程におけるサイクルタイム等、生産に必要な人員/工数試算




**Key Performance Indicators:**

  * 売上/製造コスト比率

  * 売上/ロンチコスト比率




**Key Year One Deliverables:**

  * 生産設備

  * Manufacturing Quotaion(他工場比較のための見積書)

## Requirements

**Required**

  * 製造業における量産準備または、プロジェクトマネージメント経験

  * コミュニケーション/ネゴシエーション力

  * ビジネス実務レベルの英語力




**Preferred**

  * 自動車関連企業での新製品立上げ経験

  * 自動化ラインの工程開発/設計/導入経験

  * 製品検査装置、測定機を用いた工程の立上げ及び、改善経験

  * 海外勤務経験

## Working hours

8:30 - 17:15

## Bonus system

Bi Annually, June and December fixed bonus of 3 months base / Annual Performance bonus in March

Eligible when Non Management Grade level
