## Responsibilities

**Mission of the Role:**

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

1) IE 手法を使った改善業務のリード及び実行

2) Global teamへの情報共有

3）コスト改善の進捗管理及びフォロー

**Key Objectives of this Role:**

1) IE 手法を使った改善業務のリード及び実行

  * 費用が大きい項目を抽出しその分析を行いIE手法を用いて効率化を図りコストを削減する。
  * その活動をリードし実行を行う。



2) Global teamへの情報共有

  * 広島工場の各指標や改善活動内容をGlobal Teamに展開・共有する。
  * Globalでの活動内容から広島工場に取り入れられる内容を精査し広島工場に即した内容を計画・導入する。



3）コスト改善の進捗管理及びフォロー

  * 各部署で計画されている改善内容を精査し最適な内容になるようにリードする。
  * またその進捗管理を行い要あれば実行の手ほどきを行う。

## Requirements

**Required**

  * IE の知見とその活用経験
  * リーダーシップ
  * データ分析力
  * 5sを使った改善活動経験



**Preferred**

  * 自動車部品会社もしくは自動車会社でのIE経験
  * 生産管理システムやTPSの知見
  * 海外サプライヤーとの協業経験
  * 海外勤務経験

## Working hours

9:00 - 17:45

## Bonus system

Bi Annually, June and December fixed bonus of 3 months base / Annual Performance bonus in March

Eligible when Non Management Grade level
