## Responsibilities

To execute, sustain and improve customer quality, support manufacturing sites or plants on the expectations & requirements.

  * Manage communication with customer & plants.

  * Lead plants to expertise customer expectations and requirements.

  * Coordinate & support plants to expertise customer evaluation & audit within region.

  * Coordinate & support plants for submission of quality documents for AQPQ, PPAP and 4M change.

  * Coordinate & support plants for the corrective action in 8D and the analysis of quality trend in the market.

  * Submit quality related document, i.e. change request, 8D, and supporting document after assessment of content compared with requirement and management approval.

## Requirements

**Qualification, Experience and Skills:**

  * 5+ years’ experience in automotive quality, manufacturing and/or engineering

  * Background in Quality System tools and processes

  * Experience in Customer-facing roles in Quality and/or PD/PM/Sales

  * Problem Solving Methods

  * Data analysis skills and experiences(warranty performance, PPM, warranty claim validation, etc.)

  * Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) / PFMEA)

  * Mazda quality experiences or Cluster/Display/CMU product knowledge is a plus

  * Experiences in managing customer PPAP
