As a recruitment consultant, your mission is to become the trusted partner that link businesses with the talent essential for achieving their objectives, while simultaneously presenting top-tier talent with opportunities where they can make a significant impact.

## Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique talent needs and recruitment challenges.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and attract high-caliber candidates for various roles within the mobility sector, including engineers, product managers, data scientists, and more.

Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with clients.

Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates, staying up-to-date with industry trends and networking events.

Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, and competitive intelligence within the mobility industry.

Collaborative Recruitment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, representing Meshd as a trusted partner.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics in your assigned sector.

## Requirements

* Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the Japan market.
  * Passion for Meshd industries (Mobility, Robotics, Smart Energy, Deep Tech).
  * Strong understanding of mobility industry trends, key players, and technologies.
  * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  * Ability to identify top talent through various sourcing channels.
  * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  * Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  * Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset.

## Working hours

09:30 ~ 18:30

## Bonus system

Salary will be determined based on experience and skills. OTE Bonus Scheme will be based on Job Grade.
