## Responsibilities

As HSE Manager you will own the health, safety and environment function across Redrock's Western Australian operations. You will be responsible for building and embedding a safety culture that scales with the business, ensuring regulatory compliance across all sites, and leading incident investigation and prevention programmes. This is a visible leadership role with direct input into how the company grows.

## Requirements

* 8 or more years in HSE roles within mining or resources

  * –  Tertiary qualification in OHS, environmental science, or related field

  * –  Deep knowledge of WA mining legislation and DMIRS requirements

  * –  Proven experience building or overhauling HSE systems at scale

  * –  Strong incident investigation background (ICAM or equivalent)

  * –  Current WA Quarry Manager or Mine Manager certificate of competency, or working toward one

  * –  Full Australian working rights
