Your mission is to drive product innovation that scales hiring success across diverse organizations, from early-stage startups to modern enterprises. You'll champion customer empowerment through data-driven insights and workflow automation, helping our clients navigate transformative changes in talent acquisition. As we expand our global reach, you'll play a pivotal role in building products that foster community and simplify complex hiring challenges.

• Analyze customer feedback loops to prioritize features that enhance talent acquisition workflows

• Build product requirements for pipeline optimization tools targeting Japanese market hiring needs  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver iterative solutions that scale recruitment operations

• Research competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in global hiring technology

• Track product metrics and user adoption to measure impact on customer hiring success

• 3+ years of experience working in a start up

## Requirements

Required

  * Experience working with features end-to-end in fast-paced startup environments for 3+ years

  * Native or business-level Japanese and English fluency with proven ability to conduct customer research

  * Demonstrated ability to prioritize features based on customer feedback and hiring workflow insights

  * Strong track record of working on or collaborating with engineering teams to deliver iterative product solutions

  * Experience analyzing user adoption metrics to drive product decisions in ambiguous environments




Nice-to-have

  * Background in talent acquisition, HR technology, or recruitment operations platforms

  * Experience with product management tools and customer feedback collection methodologies
