## Mission

Trusted Corporation is looking for freelance employees for our new innovation know-how exchange project: “Innovation Masterclass”. 

Through this project, we aim to accelerate innovation by interviewing and sharing know-hows of people who work in the innovation field, hear about their success (and failed) stories, and share their insights with the innovation ecosystem.

You will work in a very international environment with members from all around the globe. You will have a flexible schedule while working from the comfort of your home.

## Responsibilities

As an interview designer will, you will be performing the following tasks: 

\- Researching into the client, the company, their specific projects, and industry, with the aim to better understand the questions to ask to the interviewee

\- Outlining a well-structured and customized interview plan (i.e. structuring the questions to be asked, defining the script, the flow, minutes)

\- Meeting with the client to review the interview design

\- Facilitating the interview, if requested by the client

## Requirements

\- Excellent investigative and research skills 

\- Knowledgeable and passionate about innovation, technology, startups

\- 2+ years experience in management consulting/ open innovation projects 

\- Great interpersonal skills and organized
