# UX Design Consultant

## Responsibilities

* User experience design for web and mobile applications
  * wireframes, mockups and prototypes
  * Information design: conceptualization, organization, navigation
  * Graphic design: look and feel theming, vector/raster icons/images 
  * Interaction design: UI animations, actions, touch/mouse optimization
  * Continuous UX improvements based on user data analytics and A/B testing
  * Work directly with engineers, delivering them product specs and assets
  * Work directly with other designers to envision and iterate concepts
  * Lead and follow data-driven processes

## Requirements

**MUST:**

  * UX Design Experience (preferably web & mobile)
  * Can create quick prototypes and wireframes
  * Experience managing & conducting usability tests and user interviews
  * Proficient in a variety of design tools such as Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  * Business mindset: understand that design is not just about being creative but must also respond to specific business needs or constraints.
  * Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.



**PREFERRED:**

  * Ability to prototype in modern front-end code such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  * Expertise in UX performance optimization using qualitative and quantitative assessment.


  * Strong Graphic / Drawing skills
