# Product Owner

## Responsibilities

* Produce and update the product roadmap based on business needs and market feedback.
  * Translate the business vision into tasks for development.
  * Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  * Manage the execution backlog of the development team according to Agile methodologies.
  * Learn about the market and customers' needs.
  * Serve as a liaison between business, development and design.
  * Make alignment and negotiation with your customers and stakeholders.

## Requirements

**MUST:**

  * Product Management Experience
  * Demonstrate the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams/organizations to achieve a common goal/vision
  * Not afraid to get technical and truly collaborate with engineering team members
  * Exceptional sense of organization and project management / very detail oriented
  * Experience managing/conducting User tests or User interviews
  * Experience working as part of an agile team



**PREFERRED:**

  * Scrum / Agile certification
  * Experience Shipping products from 0 to 1
  * Coding skills
  * Design skills
