## Responsibilities

* Execute landscape installation, maintenance, and renovation projects according to client specifications and industry standards

  * Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, pruning tools, and irrigation systems

  * Plant, transplant, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass in various outdoor settings

  * Perform soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control treatments to ensure healthy plant growth

  * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

  * Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify maintenance needs and potential issues

  * Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project

  * Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and recommendations

## Requirements

## Required Qualifications

  * High school diploma or equivalent education

  * Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or related outdoor maintenance work

  * Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions

  * Basic knowledge of plant care, soil conditions, and landscaping techniques

  * Ability to operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment safely

  * Strong work ethic and attention to detail in completing assigned tasks

  * Reliable transportation to job sites and punctual attendance




## Preferred Qualifications

  * Certification in horticulture, arboriculture, or landscape management

  * Experience working with greenhouse operations and plant propagation

  * Knowledge of integrated pest management and organic gardening practices

  * Familiarity with irrigation system installation and maintenance

  * Experience serving international or European clientele

  * Bilingual capabilities in European languages

  * Commercial driver's license for equipment transportation




## Technical Skills

  * Proficiency with landscaping tools including mowers, edgers, blowers, and hand tools

  * Knowledge of plant identification and appropriate care requirements

  * Understanding of soil testing and amendment procedures

  * Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications

  * Basic irrigation system troubleshooting and repair skills

  * Familiarity with safety protocols for chemical application and equipment operation

  * Greenhouse climate control and plant care techniques

  * Tree pruning and arboricultural practices for various species
