## Responsibilities

* Execute engineering projects and deliverables according to client specifications and industry standards

  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions

  * Analyze technical requirements and provide innovative problem-solving approaches

  * Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with European engineering regulations

  * Communicate effectively with European clients to understand project needs and deliver results

  * Optimize engineering processes and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes

  * Document project progress, technical specifications, and engineering decisions

  * Support project management activities and meet established deadlines

## Requirements

## Required Qualifications

  * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

  * Minimum 2-3 years of professional engineering experience

  * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  * Proficiency with industry-standard engineering software and tools

  * Understanding of international engineering standards and best practices

  * Flexibility to work with European time zones when required




## Preferred Qualifications

  * Master's degree in Engineering or specialized technical discipline

  * Experience working with European clients or in European markets

  * Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, or other European languages)

  * Professional engineering certifications or licenses

  * Experience with remote collaboration tools and methodologies

  * Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements




## Technical Skills

  * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)

  * Experience with project management tools and methodologies

  * Knowledge of engineering analysis software and simulation tools

  * Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation standards

  * Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools

  * Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
