## Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and marine vessel applications

  * Design and implement electrical solutions according to local and international safety standards

  * Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective repair solutions

  * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution

  * Conduct electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  * Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

  * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

  * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical workers

## Requirements

## Required Qualifications

  * Electrical engineering degree or equivalent technical certification

  * Valid electrical license or certification recognized in European markets

  * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical work

  * Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial electrical systems

  * Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

  * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  * Willingness to travel within Europe for project assignments




## Preferred Qualifications

  * Experience with marine vessel electrical systems and maritime regulations

  * Additional certifications in specialized electrical areas (industrial automation, renewable energy, etc.)

  * Multilingual capabilities for European market operations

  * Project management experience or certification

  * Experience with modern electrical design software and diagnostic tools

  * Knowledge of emerging technologies in electrical systems and smart building solutions




## Technical Skills

  * Proficiency in electrical system design and installation

  * Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities

  * Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and measurement tools

  * Understanding of power distribution systems and control circuits

  * Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures

  * Experience with electrical code compliance and permit processes

  * Competency in reading electrical drawings and technical specifications

  * Basic knowledge of related systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire safety)
